"Fusion, Shutter Speed, Discover Hong Kong" blends music and moving images to explore Hong Kong's iconic landmarks from multiple perspectives. Partnering with local composers, the project invites audiences to immerse themsleves in the city's rhythm and vitality through an artistic lens. Centering on the fusion of Chinese and Western music, the project highlights stylistic diversity, cultural inclusiveness, and creative innovation. By merging sound and imagery, it offers audiences a distinctive interactive arts experience that also celebrates and preserves Hong Kong's cultural heritage.​ The project is also one of the activities in the Chinese Culture Promotion Series. The LCSD has all along promoted Chinese history and culture through organising an array of programmes and activities to enable the public learn more about broad and profound Chinese culture.
